Sistas Women’s Conference recommends that you confirm your registration with our office prior to booking any flights and/or accommodation. Sistas Women’s Conference does not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred, including but not limited to, flights and/or accommodation booked for the conference. The organisers of Sistas Women’s Conference reserve the right to change any of the published conference details without notice, and have the final say on any matter relating to conference.
We appreciate that circumstances can change, therefore, we can offer the following alternatives to assist you. All Super Early Bird priced registrations are non-refundable. You are able to transfer your registration (only once) to another person, to the alternative 2020 conference or to the Sistas Conference the year following, at no extra cost prior to the 20 August 2020; following this date a $15 transfer fee will apply, per registration. Cancellations for Early Bird and Standard priced registrations, received in writing before 20 August 2020, will receive a refund, less an administration fee per registration ($30 Miss Sistas, $40 Sistas). No refunds will be made to cancellations received after 20 August 2020; however, you are able to transfer the registration (only once) to another person, to the alternative 2020 Sistas Conference or to the Sistas Conference the year following, for a transfer fee of $15 per registration. The final date to transfer is 31 August 2020. Please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations. Registrations may not, without prior written consent of the Sistas Conference Team, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites). If a registration is sold or used in breach of this condition, the registration may be cancelled, and the current holder of this registration may be refused entry into the conference. If there may be need for special consideration of your circumstances in regard to this policy, please contact our conference team to discuss further. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

During the conference, we will be taking photos and filming various aspects of the conference including group images. Please note that we may use these shots to advertise future events. LIFE reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes.
For those who have purchased 10 or more registrations and have not provided full details of each group member, these details must be received by the 25 August 2020 or those registrations will be considered invalid.In order to qualify to be considered for group reserved seating, groups must exceed 30 of more full-time registrations. The group leader must email the Sistas team at firstname.lastname@example.org before the 26 August. After this date, we will not be able to consider your group for reserved seating. Your group may merge with another group; however, we cannot facilitate this. There must be only one group leader for a group communicating with our team.
If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the conference, please request in writing with supporting documentation by 25 August 2020. While our team will make every effort to accommodate your requests, not all needs can be met.
Delegates are responsible to arrange their own visa required for entry into New Zealand. Once registered and payment has been received in full a confirmation of registration letter can be sent to you via email. You must provide your full name, organisation you are representing, and residential address to the Sistas Conference Team. Please note we do not provide letters of invitation to delegates.
