What time on Thursday 12 September will registration collection be open?

Registration Collection will be open from 4.30pm.

Can I collect my friends conference pass if I have her e-ticket?

Yes, the e-ticket must be scanned to receive the conference pass.

Can I register on site at Sistas Conference for full time, day or night registrations?

You can register for Sistas at the registration sales desk in the registration collection area. Please note, this is subject to available capacity in the stadium.

Will I be able to receive my registration pack via courier prior to Sistas?

As we are so close to Sistas, our option to apply for your rego pack to be couriered to you prior to Sistas has now closed.

You will be able to collect your conference pass on arrival at Sistas from our registration collection marquee onsite. You can use your electronic ticket, which will be emailed to you the week prior to Sistas, to collect this. The registration collection marquee will be open from 4.30pm Thursday 12 or 8.30am Friday 13.

What are the conditions if I choose to have my registration pack mailed to me?
  • You must provide Sistas with your correct postal and email address. You can check your address using the NZ Post Address and Postcode Finder.
  • A delivery fee of $7.50 is required for a registration pack to be sent. Multiple conference passes can be included in one registration pack but these delegates must be identified in the application. 
  • Sistas do not take responsibility for parcels misplaced in transit. 
  • Sistas do not take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address given in an application.

Can I video the sessions on my own video camera?

Video snippets for your social media are allowed, however, prolonged video of the sessions is prohibited. Full recordings of the messages are available via the Sistas Marketplace.

How soon after a session/the conference can I buy the session recordings?

CDS & DVDS are no longer available for purchase; our session recording options are now via online downloads or a USB.

DOWNLOADS – These are available to pre-order one week prior to Sistas Conference at the Sistas Marketplace! We will aim to have all files uploaded within a week of conference. Once the file is uploaded it will appear under the ‘Downloads’ tab under ‘My Account’ on any downloads already purchased.

USB – These are also available to pre-order one week prior to Sistas Conference at the Sistas Marketplace. The conference USB contains ALL recordings from conference, Main Sessions in video and audio and Miss Sistas in audio. Postage is included in the cost and we will aim to have these out to you within 3 weeks after conference.

Where can I look to find options for accommodation?

These rates will all be subject to a booking fee of $15.00 plus GST per person.

All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and payment made.

Transport & Parking

Where can I park?

There are many free and pre-paid options for parking.

PARK'N'RIDE - MANUKAU

We will be offering a free park’n’ride from our LIFE South Campus to the Sistas Venue. This service is free but will require registering for it prior to conference. You can register for this service here.

Address: LIFE South, 3 Lakewood Court, Manukau.

PARK'N'RIDE - AUCKLAND CBD

Additionally, we will also have a paid shuttle service available from Auckland CBD; with three pick-up points that are situated in close proximity to many hotels in the CBD area. You can register for this service here.

PRE-PAID PARKING

We have sold out of all pre-paid parking options.

We have arranged carparks at and near the Sistas venue that can be pre-purchased. These are only available to full-time registered delegates, with registration links being sent to those registered soon. Your carpark ticket will guarantee you a space throughout the whole conference.

SOLD OUT Trusts Arena (onsite): $60 for the entirety of conference 
SOLD OUT Lions Managed Parking (5 minute walk): $40 for entirety of conference
SOLD OUT Laidlaw College (3 minute walk): $40 for the entirety of conference

Please note: there will be no car parking available on-site without a pre-purchased carpark pass, with the exception of a limited number of disabled carparks at a first come, first served basis.

If you are looking to purchase one of these carparks, we would encourage you to consider carpooling with other delegates to make it more cost effective and help aid traffic congestion.

FREE PARKING

There is free parking available in surrounding area. We would encourage you to allow plenty of time to navigate traffic and find a park, as the area can get busy in peak hour.

Will there be street parking available?

There will be limited street parking surrounding the venue. Please take note of any time restrictions this parking may have.

Where can I find parking on the day?

We will have car parks available to pay for on the day at $10 per day which are on a first in, first served basis.

Where can I find parking at night?

We will have car parks available to pay on arrival for $10 each night which are on a first in, first served basis.

These options are only available from 5pm each day.

How much time should I allow to find a car park on the day?

If you do not have pre-paid parking, we recommend arriving at a minimum of 1 hour prior to session start time to secure a car park. We cannot guarantee any car parks other than the pre-paid options.

If I am only attending the night sessions, what parking options are available?

Parking options for night ticket holders will be available on our website and in our Sistas app soon.

Is there public transport close to the venue?

You can use Auckland Transport's Journey Planner tool to help find public transport options available to you throughout conference. Please be careful to check the service times for public transport as the Thursday PM timetable does not run frequently.

Which hotels will have a shuttle to the venue?

You can pre-purchase a ticket to catch a shuttle from Auckland CBD. Shuttle pickup points can be viewed here.

To register for this service, please complete this form.

The shuttle that has previously picked up and dropped off from the airport hotels will no longer be running.

Will LIFE Campus’ have shuttles to the venue?

We will be offering a park’n’ride from our South Campus to the venue which will be free but will require registering for it prior to conference. We won’t be offering a park’n’ride from North or Central Campus, however, we encourage delegates that live locally to these campuses to meet and carpool together to the venue.

When will the shuttle timetables be released?

Timetables will be available through our Sistas app approximately 2 weeks prior to conference.

Will I be able to go back to my hotel during the day on a hotel shuttle?

No, unfortunately we are unable to transport you back to your hotel throughout the day. Our hotel shuttle will take you back to your hotel after the evening session each day.

Will I be able to go back to my car throughout the day if I use a park'n'ride?

No, unfortunately we are unable to transport you back to your car throughout the day. Our park & ride shuttle will take you back to your car after the evening session each day.

How will I receive my parking pass?

All parking passes require a delivery fee to be paid; we will courier each parking pass out based on chosen delivery fee 3 weeks prior to Sistas Conference.

What if I forget my parking pass?

Unfortunately, we will not have replacement parking passes available. If you forget your parking pass you will not be given access to the paid parking areas. We strongly recommend putting this in a safe place until conference and attaching it to your car prior to arrival.

What if my parking pass doesn’t arrive?

We will endeavour to courier all parking passes out to you prior to conference. If this doesn’t arrive within 1 week of conference please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I can’t make conference; can I get a refund on my parking pass?

All parking passes are non-refundable but please let us know if you are unable to come which will allow another delegate to secure parking.

Can I park my RV onsite overnight?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any overnight vehicles onsite.

Group Seating & Stadium Seating

How many delegates do I need to have in my group to qualify for allocated group seating?

A group of 30+ will qualify for allocated group seating. This needs to be confirmed by the 26th August. To request allocated group seating, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Can I merge my small group with another small group to have 30+ delegates in our group to qualify for group seating?

Your group may merge with another group, however, we cannot facilitate this. There must be only one group leader for a group communicating with our team.

Will there be seating communities?

Everyone has their preference for seating at events, so stadium seating will be managed on a 'first come, first served' basis, rather than seating communities. This allows you and your friends to choose where you'd best like to experience Sistas from in the Stadium.

If I am attending by myself, is there a place I can sit?

We have a seating area for those that are coming to Sistas on their own and would love to meet and sit with other ladies that are attending by their self. If you would like to join this seating group, you can choose in your registration details that you are attending alone or fill in this form.

If I have a group of ladies attending with me, can I apply to receive all of our conference passes?

Yes, all registrations must have a name assigned to them and you can include their names in your application. You will only need to pay one delivery fee per application.

Venue

What are the wet weather hangout options at the venue?

We will have many covered hangout spaces available throughout conference. These include The Local, The Marketplace, the main foyer. A map of the venue will be available on our app closer to conference.

Where can I find lost property at Conference?

Our information desk, located in The Local, will be the central place to hand in and pick up lost property during conference. Following conference, you can email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Children

Is there a kids programme?

We provide a preschool programme for ages 2-4 (children younger than school age) which runs in conjunction with our main Sistas sessions. You can purchase registrations for your children to attend this through our register page. Snacks are provided for children; however, we encourage you to bring a packed lunch for your child(ren) to eat during the day.

I have a baby coming with me, is there a parent’s room available?

Yes, we have a mums and bubs room available on the second floor which has space for sleeping and feeding babies. A lift is available for those with prams. There will be a live link to watch the session, as well as a large window to see into the stadium and saved seats in front of the parent’s room to watch the session while your baby sleeps.

Food

Is there any food provided during conference?

Morning tea will be provided on Friday and Saturday. There will be gluten free options available.

Can I bring my own packed lunch?

Yes, absolutely. We will have seating in The Local which is a great place to eat and hangout.

Are there water stations?

There is a water station in the main foyer of the venue.

Can I bring a water bottle into the sessions?

You can bring a water bottle into the sessions in the stadium; however, we don’t encourage any other beverages in the sessions.

Can I bring alcohol to Sistas?

Sistas is an alcohol-free event so no alcohol beverages will be permitted on site.

What vendors are on site that I can purchase from?

During Sistas, we will be offering a wide selection of food options which you will find on the outdoor walking strip between the entrance to The Local and the main foyer. There will be caffeine options also available in The Local.

TLC

Is there an area for ladies with mobility issues, or who are struggling with chronic illness?

We have a dedicated space onsite where ladies with these concerns can come to during the break times, as well as bring one lady to accompany them in the lounge. You will need to apply for our TLC service prior to Sistas so we can expect you 

For those that have applied, you may enter the stadium through the door closest to our TLC space, 10 minutes prior to the doors opening each session and find a seat before the main doors open for all delegates.

Is there an area for disabled parking?

There are limited disabled parks available to those who have a council permit for disabled parking. This is on a ‘first in, first served’ basis.

Miss Sistas

Where will Miss Sistas be held?

Miss Sistas will be held on site in our marquee, adjacent to Door A of the Trusts Arena.

What is the Miss Sistas programme?

Miss Sistas delegates will join in with the main sessions both morning and evening, with their own dedicated sessions held on Friday and Saturday in the afternoon.
