You can register for Sistas at the registration sales desk in the registration collection area. Please note, this is subject to available capacity in the stadium.
Yes, you can opt in to have your registration pack sent to you prior to Sistas. Complete this form by Sunday 18 August in order to receive this. There will be a small fee for this service, but you are able to group your registration with your family or friends if you wish.
Your group may merge with another group, however, we cannot facilitate this. There must be only one group leader for a group communicating with our team.
Everyone has their preference for seating at events, so stadium seating will be managed on a 'first come, first served' basis, rather than seating communities. This allows you and your friends to choose where you'd best like to experience Sistas from in the Stadium.
We have a seating area for those that are coming to Sistas on their own and would love to meet and sit with other ladies that are attending by their self. If you would like to join this seating group, you can choose in your registration details that you are attending alone or fill in this form.
Yes, all registrations must have a name assigned to them and you can include their names in your application. You will only need to pay one delivery fee per application.
These rates will all be subject to a booking fee of $15.00 plus GST per person.

You can pre-purchase a ticket to catch a shuttle from Auckland CBD. The locations of these pickup points are yet to be confirmed. Tickets will be released in the coming weeks.
The shuttle that has previously picked up and dropped off from the airport hotels will no longer be running.
We are currently hard at work confirming free and pre-paid parking options during Sistas Conference. We will release these options for you in the coming months, so stay tuned to your emails and social media for this announcement.
Video snippets for your social media are allowed, however, prolonged video of the sessions is prohibited. Full recordings of the messages are available via the Sistas Marketplace.
CDS & DVDS are no longer available for purchase; our session recording options are now via online downloads or a USB.
DOWNLOADS – These are available to pre-order one week prior to Sistas Conference at the Sistas Marketplace! We will aim to have all files uploaded within a week of conference. Once the file is uploaded it will appear under the ‘Downloads’ tab under ‘My Account’ on any downloads already purchased.
USB – These are also available to pre-order one week prior to Sistas Conference at the Sistas Marketplace. The conference USB contains ALL recordings from conference, Main Sessions in video and audio and Miss Sistas in audio. Postage is included in the cost and we will aim to have these out to you within 3 weeks after conference.
We will have many covered hangout spaces available throughout conference. These include The Local, The Marketplace, the main foyer. A map of the venue will be available on our app closer to conference.
We provide a preschool programme for ages 2-4 (children younger than school age) which runs in conjunction with our main Sistas sessions. You can purchase registrations for your children to attend this through our register page. Snacks are provided for children; however, we encourage you to bring a packed lunch for your child(ren) to eat during the day.
Yes, we have a mums and bubs room available on the second floor which has space for sleeping and feeding babies. A lift is available for those with prams. There will be a live link to watch the session, as well as a large window to see into the stadium and saved seats in front of the parent’s room to watch the session while your baby sleeps.
Morning tea will be provided on Friday and Saturday. There will be gluten free options available.
Yes, absolutely. We will have seating in The Local which is a great place to eat and hangout.
There is a water station in the main foyer of the venue.
You can bring a water bottle into the sessions in the stadium; however, we don’t encourage any other beverages in the sessions.
Sistas is an alcohol-free event so no alcohol beverages will be permitted on site.
We have a dedicated space onsite where ladies with these concerns can come to during the break times, as well as bring one lady to accompany them in the lounge. You will need to apply for our TLC service prior to Sistas so we can expect you
For those that have applied, you may enter the stadium through the door closest to our TLC space, 10 minutes prior to the doors opening each session and find a seat before the main doors open for all delegates.
There are limited disabled parks available to those who have a council permit for disabled parking. This is on a ‘first in, first served’ basis.
Our Miss Sistas venue will be confirmed in the coming months.
Miss Sistas delegates will join in with the main sessions both morning and evening, with their own dedicated sessions held on Friday and Saturday in the afternoon. The confirmed programme, with specific times, will be announced in the coming weeks.
